9yyy may require identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport or utility bill) before processing your first withdrawal or upon any account review. Verification requests must be completed within the timeframe specified or your account may be restricted. 9yyy treats all documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9yyy accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Most deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are confirmed and credited to your 9yyy account within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during banking hours. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally take up to 10 minutes depending on your bank's processing.
All deposits are received and held in Pakistani Rupees. 9yyy does not accept deposits in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits. The exact PKR amount credited to your account will match the amount you initiate, subject to any fees charged by your payment provider (not by 9yyy).
You should only deposit funds that you can genuinely afford to lose. 9yyy provides deposit limit tools in your account settings — daily, weekly and monthly limits — which we strongly encourage all players to use. Deposits made as a result of borrowing, credit or funds needed for essential expenses should not be made on 9yyy.
Withdrawals from your 9yyy account are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that have made at least one qualifying deposit. If your balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met the required wagering conditions, only the cash portion of your balance is available for withdrawal.

All bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement at 9yyy is 30x the bonus amount unless specified differently. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before it can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed from the bonus-eligible portion of your account balance. Bets placed on sports markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering. Casino bets on restricted game categories (typically jackpot slots and table games where specified) may contribute at a reduced rate.
The 9yyy accumulator boost — which provides up to 70% additional winnings on multi-leg cricket bets — is applied automatically to qualifying accumulator bets. The boost applies to the winnings portion only, not the stake. Minimum qualifying odds of 1.30 per selection apply. This boost is not combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
9yyy monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating bets between linked accounts. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have the bonus funds removed and may have the account suspended.
All sports bets placed on 9yyy are subject to the following general rules. Market-specific rules are displayed alongside each market at the time of placing the bet.
9yyy reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion, including declining bets above the stated maximum stake for a market. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to a settled bet, subject to the rules below. Bets placed after a match or event has started may be void if the pre-match market was erroneously left open.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event does not take place on the scheduled date; the event is abandoned before a result is possible; an obvious pricing error was made on the market; or the relevant governing body declares a no-result. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned to the player's account.
9yyy aims to settle all markets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. In rare cases where the official result is delayed or subject to review, settlement may be postponed until the result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. 9yyy may provisionally settle markets and reverse settlement if the result subsequently changes.
The Cash Out feature allows players to settle an active bet for a guaranteed amount before the event is complete. Cash Out is available on most active cricket match winner and football match winner bets, subject to the conditions below.
All casino and live casino games on 9yyy run on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino, are broadcast from licensed studios with professional dealers. The following rules apply to all casino products on 9yyy.
All casino game results are determined by the game's RNG system. 9yyy does not interfere with game outcomes. RNG certification is obtained from independent third-party testing laboratories and renewed regularly. Players may request details of the current RNG certification from support@9yyy.click.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live game, software errors or display errors — 9yyy will attempt to restore the game to its state at the point of malfunction. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9yyy and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@9yyy.click. If you have a real-money balance at the time of closure, this will be returned to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are assessed. Self-exclusion requests result in immediate account closure and a minimum cooling-off period before any reactivation can be considered.
If 9yyy closes your account due to its own decision (for example, withdrawal from a market), any remaining verified cash balance will be returned within 10 business days to your registered payment method.
